In response to her public interviews, the Chinese Communist Party arrested her Mother, Twitter deleted her account, and Facebook banned her interview with Tucker Carlson and censored Fox News. The mainstream media has ignored her claims and evidence.

Dr. Li-Meng Yan is a medical doctor and virologist, and worked as a researcher at the Hong Kong School of Public Health. Her areas of research included stem cells, drugs and artificial tissue development. In the five years before defecting from China in 2020, she worked on emerging infectious diseases.
During her career, Dr. Li-Meng Yan published a number of peer-reviewed papers in medical and scientific journals, including The Lancet and Nature.
Since April 2020, Dr. Li-Meng Yan has released two co-authored open access working papers on the origins of COVID-19.
- SARS-CoV-2 (aka COVID-19) is a bio-weapon engineered in a Chinese military lab
- RaTG-13 (the smoking gun that the CCP used to "prove" that the virus is from nature) was faked by the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and all samples have been destroyed to hinder any independent investigations into the origins of the the virus
- A bat coronavirus called ZC45 was used as the template for the virus
- The US funded at least part of the research used to create the virus
- "The COVID shots and the vaccine passports fit into the CCP agenda by making the whole world accept and adopt the CCP’s social control system."
